Halie and Ryan's wedding was FUN--which is how I would describe the two of them, too! The morning started at Warehouse 109's bridal suite, where Halie, her friends, and her family all got glammed up for the day. Once everyone was ready, Halie found Ryan waiting in the garden for their first look.

In my alternate world of science teaching, I'm lucky enough to get to teach the same students multiple years in a row. Josie is a senior this year, but I've known her since my first year in Illinois teaching freshman Biology! She's spunky, earnest, courageous, and kind. Getting to photograph her senior portraits was a highlight from my fall!

I love going into the Chicago for engagement sessions. If you are a couple that enjoys the city aesthetic, work in the city, or go there often on dates--it's 100% worth doing your engagement session there! The architecture adds texture to each photo, the scenery varies from major iconic locations to little tucked away spots, and you get hyped up by every passerby!
