Megan and Niko's wedding was unbelievably beautiful.

Megan and Niko met through a mutual friend but began their dating relationship long distance! It wasn't long before they made moves to live closer to each other, and grew to love each other's families like their own. Family is definitely the word I would use to sum up the entire wedding day. From hugging each of their parents before exiting their Greek Orthodox Ceremony, to dances that lined all of Cuneo Mansion's enormous ballroom, this couple demonstrated a deep love for their families--and it was so clear that they will always be lifted up and dearly treasured in return.

The Ceremony

Meghan and Niko had a traditional Greek Orthodox Ceremony at Ascension of Our Lord Greek Orthodox Church in Lincolnshire, IL. The couple had two priests for their wedding--one from the Church and one from their home church. The church had sky-high white walls, beautiful testaments to Scripture, and was rich with detail.

The Reception

Cuneo Mansion and Gardens is the wedding reception venue of DREAMS. I knew it would blow my mind when Meghan and Niko first booked me (I quite literally SQUEALED when I saw the ceremony and reception venue pairing in their inquiry!!), but I had no idea how it would feel to actually be there! The blush pink mansion walls are framed by white and iron accents, surrounded by lawn scattered with Sandhill Cranes, and scattered with water features, statues, and floral gardens. Indoors is a complete museum complete with stunning architecture and art. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue if you're looking for a high-end aesthetic!

Meghan and Niko elevated the whole space with live music during their cocktail, glittery cocktails, and cake centerpieces! The florist did an incredible job enhancing the beauty of the ballroom. They also chose to have a live Greek Band travel to meet them at the venue, and these guys were some of the coolest musicians I've had the honor of working a wedding with! But most importantly, what truly accented the space was the love shared among family and friends! The crowd was so inviting, I felt like another wedding guest!
